TrackoField alternatives: five options for Indian field teams

Compare five TrackoField alternatives by workflow and plan fit. Use the migration checklist to review data exports, costs and the replacement pilot.

About this guide: NexaSync is both the publisher and one of the alternatives below. Competitor descriptions are based on their linked public pages, checked again on 26 October 2026. We have not run a hands-on comparison of these products.

If you are looking for a TrackoField alternative, write down the reason before comparing products. You might need a different billing arrangement, a smaller set of daily tools or a workflow your team can use more easily. Each reason produces a different shortlist.

TrackoField’s own field force page covers tracking, attendance, visits, tasks, expenses, orders and goals. An alternative may cover your daily attendance and visits without replacing every one of those functions. Source: TrackoField’s product scope.

When NexaSync belongs on your shortlist

Free: location maps, daily timelines, basic attendance and leave requests. Pro: task management, client visits and travel-claim review. Explore live location, tasks and visits, and Free and Pro availability.

NexaSync is worth testing when the central job is to record attendance, understand client visits and review travel claims. Employees use the mobile app; managers review records in the dashboard. See NexaSync tasks and client visits.

Pro’s annual rate is ₹125 per employee per month, paid upfront for 12 months, plus GST. This is a billing-term comparison point, not a claim that NexaSync is cheaper than every TrackoField package. Compare written quotes for the same team size and required features. See current NexaSync pricing.

If your existing operation depends on dealer stock, order schemes or a particular integration, put those on the must-have list before switching. A lower subscription is not a saving if another process has to move back to a spreadsheet.

Where the other alternatives may fit

Unolo: its plan structure separates basic tracking and attendance from custom tasks, expense handling and broader sales/service workflows. Start with the tier comparison, then show the vendor your approval process. Unolo plans.

Lystloc: its site combines field attendance and location visibility with scheduling, visit notes and a CRM offering. If your reason for switching involves customer follow-up, ask for a demonstration across the visit and CRM workflow. Lystloc overview.

FieldSense: its field-operation feature list includes visits, attendance and expenses, and it advertises a free offer for up to 10 users. Check the entitlements and service charges that apply to your account. FieldSense overview and plan FAQ.

Delta Sales App: its current pricing page asks businesses to contact sales and lists orders, payment collection and beat planning alongside employee tracking. Include it when those sales processes are central to the change. Delta Sales App plans.

Map what must move before you migrate

Separate the records you need to keep from the settings you need to rebuild. A list of employees and customers is not the same as an export of historical visits, supporting images and approval decisions.

AreaAsk the current providerTest with the new provider
People and reporting linesWhich employee and manager fields can be exported?Recreate a small team with the right access.
Customers and locationsCan you export branch identifiers and coordinates?Check duplicate names, addresses and site boundaries.
Visit formsHow do you retain field labels, responses and attachments?Rebuild one form and review a completed record.
Historical recordsWhat remains accessible after the subscription ends?Agree how old reports will be retained and found.
Expenses and approvalsWhich pending claims need to be resolved first?Run a new claim through the intended reviewer.

Do not promise your team a one-click migration until the required export and import have been demonstrated. An archive of previous records may be sufficient for some businesses; others need searchable history inside the replacement system.

Compare the full commitment, not one monthly rate

  • Number of billable employees and administrators.
  • Billing interval, minimum term and treatment of added or removed users.
  • Required modules, configuration and integration work.
  • Applicable taxes, support, onboarding and data-migration charges.
  • Export access and the process for leaving the service.

Use the same headcount and term for each quote. If one quote requires an annual upfront payment and another permits monthly billing, record that cash commitment separately from the monthly equivalent.

Separate a free plan from a trial

NexaSync Free supports up to three employees with basic attendance and location visibility. Its 14-day Pro trial is separate; client visit forms and expense review are Pro capabilities. FieldSense advertises a Starter offer for up to ten users, while Unolo advertises a 14-day trial. Check the ongoing free-plan limits and paid boundaries before choosing on price.

Agree on the cutover before cancelling

  1. Retain the records: export the reports and attachments you need and confirm that a manager can open the archive.
  2. Close pending work: list unfinished visits, follow-ups and claims, then assign each one an owner.
  3. Test the replacement: run one visit, one correction and one claim through the intended plan. Use the visit report format and exception cases as examples.
  4. Name the official system: tell employees the date and place for entering new records. Keep an agreed archive for earlier work.

Confirm notice periods, cancellation terms and historical access with the current provider. Keep this separate from the feature comparison; a new app cannot guarantee access to records held by another vendor.

Run a replacement pilot before the cutover

Choose one manager and a few employees. Test a normal working day, a missed check-in, a client visit and the manager’s review. Add an order or collection test if it is part of the existing workflow. Use a controlled overlap so nobody loses track of where the official record should be entered.

Our rollout checklist can structure that pilot. For a broader shortlist, use the field force software comparison. Choose the alternative that passes your required workflow rather than the one with the longest feature list.

If your main requirement is reviewing sales visits and follow-ups, use the salesman tracking app checklist to test the replacement workflow.
