Best field force management software in India: 6 options to compare

Compare NexaSync, TrackoField, Unolo, Lystloc, FieldSense and Delta Sales App by workflow, plan limits and the questions to ask in a demo.

About this comparison: Published by NexaSync, which is one of the products included. We reviewed the linked vendor pages on 14 September 2026. This is a feature-and-fit shortlist, not a hands-on test or a ranking of GPS accuracy.

The best field force management software for an Indian business depends on what happens between the morning check-in and the manager’s evening review. A service team recording site work needs a different workflow from a distributor collecting retailer orders.

Start with your daily work, then compare the shortlist below. The six products cover attendance, employee locations and field activity in different ways. Their place in the list is not a performance score.

NexaSync: attendance, visits and claims together

NexaSync connects employee attendance, latest recorded locations, client visits and expense review. Configurable visit forms help employees submit the information their manager needs, while the dashboard brings the records together. Explore NexaSync’s feature overview.

The Free plan supports up to three employees. Pro starts at ₹125 per employee per month with a full 12-month annual term paid upfront, plus GST. Quarterly and half-yearly terms are also available. A 20-employee annual example is ₹30,000 before GST, paid for the year—not a ₹2,500 monthly payment. Check current plan features and billing terms.

What to test: one check-in, one client visit using your form, a travel claim and the manager’s review. If you also need inventory, dealer order processing or payroll calculations, demonstrate those requirements separately before assuming this workflow covers them.

TrackoField: a broader field-sales shortlist

TrackoField’s product page describes employee tracking, geofenced attendance, task assignment, orders, expenses and goals. That makes it worth evaluating when sales execution is part of the requirement. Source: TrackoField’s field force product page.

What to test: give the vendor an actual order-and-visit example. Ask which parts are standard, which require configuration and which are included in your written quote. Compare the complete requirement rather than the starting subscription price.

Unolo: compare the plan tiers carefully

Unolo’s pricing page separates Starter, Basic and Standard. It places attendance and location functions in Starter; expenses, clients and custom tasks appear in Basic; field-sales and field-service workflows appear in Standard. It also advertises a 14-day trial. Source: Unolo’s plan comparison.

What to test: use the intended paid tier during evaluation. A trial that exposes a higher tier can make a lower-priced plan appear to include more than it does.

Lystloc: field locations with CRM considerations

Lystloc describes location-based attendance, live tracking, task scheduling and visit notes. Its site also presents LystCRM and payroll integration offerings. Source: Lystloc’s product overview.

What to test: follow one customer from the visit record to the next action. If you already use a CRM, ask how records move between systems and who maintains the connection. Get the relevant package confirmed on the current pricing page or in a written quote.

FieldSense: evaluate the free-plan boundary

FieldSense lists location tracking, visits, attendance, expenses and custom forms. Its homepage advertises free access for up to 10 users. Source: FieldSense’s product overview.

What to test: evaluate the actual free entitlement, not just the product feature list. Ask about premium functionality, support and any assisted-setup charges before deciding the total cost. The vendor’s FAQ explains its free and premium distinction.

Delta Sales App: orders and distribution workflows

Delta Sales App distinguishes employee tracking from field-sales automation. Its plan matrix includes orders, collections, beat plans and customer management, with inventory and related distribution functions in broader packages. Published prices are in USD. Source: Delta Sales App’s plan matrix.

What to test: take a retailer order, a collection and an exception such as a return through the workflow you intend to use. Request the applicable billing currency and terms for your business.

Choose using three working-day tests

  1. Employee test: can a representative complete a normal day on the phone they use in the field? Check the relevant permissions and a poor-connectivity situation with the vendor.
  2. Manager test: can the reviewer understand the visit outcome, find an attendance exception and follow up without asking for the same information again?
  3. Commercial test: does the written quote cover every required module, all billable users, onboarding, support and the full billing term?

Do not treat a location dot as proof of work completed. A timestamped visit with a clear outcome and next action answers a different question from attendance or a map update. Our visit report format gives you a simple example to take into each demo.

Shortlist two products, then run a small pilot

For attendance, visits and claim review, include NexaSync in the pilot. For order-heavy distribution, give order capture and collection workflows more weight. If a free plan is essential, compare the ongoing free-plan limits first.

Pick two products that match the work and use the same test cases for both. The five-day rollout checklist helps you evaluate the complete process before moving the whole team.
