Choosing Free or Pro for your field team
Choose a plan around the work you need to manage and the number of employees using it. Separate basic attendance and location visibility from the additional controls needed for client visits, travel claims and manager approvals.
When Free fits
Free supports up to three employees and includes basic attendance, location maps, daily timelines and leave requests. It suits a small team starting with those workflows. Review the comparison above if your process also needs custom visit forms or conveyance controls.
When to consider Pro
Pro adds client visit locations and custom fields, conveyance rates and claim review, and managers, roles and permissions. A 14-day Pro trial lets you explore the paid features before choosing a billing term.
Compare the full billing commitment
Annual Pro is ₹125 per employee per month, paid for 12 months upfront. Half-yearly is ₹150 for six months and quarterly is ₹175 for three months. GST is additional. For 10 employees, the annual base amount is ₹15,000 upfront; the ₹1,250 monthly equivalent is not a monthly payment.
A practical example
